The loves of my life.

Pretty much!

My stint at Central was JUST what I’ve been needing.

Kaity and I spent the entire car ride up to Mount Pleasant singing the music from Harry Potter where Ron and Harry fly to Hogwarts in the Weasley car. This is what happens when you put the two of us together in a confined space for more than an hour.

When we got to Central, I met Kaity’s two best friends, Dan and Jessica and then the future wife and I went to see Beauty and the Beast in 3D! It was so romantic and hilarious because we were being kind of inappropriate and laughing/making comments during the movie (aka when the Beast started shoveling food into his mouth with his hands and Belle looks all disgusted, Kaity and I both turned to each other and said, “Welp. That’s how I eat.” Priceless.

Then I had my first Jimmy Johns experience ever. It’s one of Kaity’s favorite foods and I had never had it. Let me tell you, I died and went to food heaven. It was amazing. We also shared a pop with two straws. Aww.

When we got home, Jessica came over and we drank two bottles of wine. Then Gladys, Kaity’s apartment’s ghost made several “appearances” (by which I mean, we basically heard/saw things moving and no one was home). And then Max came over (our DD and hero for the night) and we went to the bar(s). I basically only had a beer and Kaity and I split the world’s largest Long Island ever, but let’s be real, we were all wasted and it was awesome and hilarious.

At 1:57 we realized we had 3 minutes to get to the market so that Kaity’s work friend, Kelly, could give us free pizza. So…then we all ate 4 pieces of pizza at 2AM and that’s about all I remember.

This morning Kaity and I woke up and laid in her bed (which is seriously the most comfortable bed in the history of beds) and spent a good 45 minutes either singing Maroon 5 “I Never Wanna Leave This Bed” or coming up with all the different ways we could turn Kaity’s bed into a vehicle and drive it to the half way point where we were meeting my parents. I think the consensus was that we would either build the car-bed hybrid so that it had glass surrounding it like the Pope’s car, or that we would just turn the car-bed hybrid into the Weasley car and fly it to the half way point.

40 minutes before we had to leave we decided to take a 20 minute power nap (at 11:20, no big deal) and then we got Starbucks and sang the Harry Potter music again until we met up with my parents where I had to do the thing I don’t really want to talk about (aka say goodbye to my soul mate, future wife and best friend in the entire world until I don’t even know when).

So yes. Best 24 hours ever.
